Strictly Come Dancing 2017 – Viewers threaten to SWITCH OFF after Ore Oduba chat | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Last year’s champion made an appearance on the spin-off show to discuss this week’s Blackpool special and reveal which stars he thinks could make it to the final.

Ore noted that he disagreed with head judge Shirley Ballas, who claimed Joe McFadden is a “dark horse”, and instead dubbed him a “bright horse” because of his recent performances.

He also went on to add that he had to take “another cold shower” after Alexandra Burke’s sizzling routine, joking: “And I usually take three a day.”

But while he compared the celebrities and their performances over the past eight weeks, those tuning in at home threatened to switch channels as they branded “Ore’s Overview” as “awful.

Taking to Twitter to slam the segment, one viewer commented: “#ItTakesTwo Is this Ore feature actually still happening? Filler central. Awful.”

While another added: “Get @OreOduba off, this is rubbish #ItTakesTwo Do “an Ore” and get off!”

“#ItTakesTwo it’s so dull dull dull tonight with Ore,” a third shared.

Someone else continued: “#ItTakesTwo not a good show tonight – wth !! What’s Ore doing on it. Is he crying yet – then Clifton and her #timetoswitchoff.”

However there were some who were delighted to see the presenter return to Strictly, as one fan excitedly tweeted: “It’s great to see Ore back and love to see this become a regular feature on #ItTakesTwo.”

continues Saturday on BBC One at 6.45pm while It Takes Two airs weekdays on Two at 6.30pm.
