Cocktail School Lets Novices Be the Bartender

A pilot project in Chicago has resulted in a school in SoHo for would-be home bartenders. How much fun is a class with as many as 50 people making drinks? That is what Liquor Lab — founded by Owen Meyer, who created Wine & Whiskey NYC — is offering. Two-hour sessions led by bartenders cover various cocktail and alcohol categories.
